Luke Harrison - Technical Design Architect
In the IT industry since 1996 Luke has a broad and deep level of
knowledge across enterprise ICT technologies applying knowledge and
skills to deal with complex problems, extending and coordinating work
that may go beyond own area of knowledge and expertise.
Commercially aware and having a great track record in managing costs on
his own projects and across teams on varied projects. Repeatedly

In his last role he significantly improved the cost base and delivery
time scales of the most significant operational toolset transformation

internet technology transition within the BBC as Technical Design
Architect. This included proposing, designung and delivering major
projects including the TV iPlayer project which will bring BBC SD
& HD digital video portfolio to Satellite & Cable TV
networks.

NSPCC, developing the business case for a £2 million capex/opex based
change programme. Helping to define how a MS Dynamics CRM /SharePoint
solution would add benefits to the NSPCC and helping it to achieve a
static position in this shrinking market and be better placed when the
credit crunch is over.
