Welcome to another newsletter from PSS-Europe.
June is going to be a busy period, with consultants working on Operations Support Systems projects at a telecom network operator and a number of consultants completing assignments and becoming available for new work. In addition PSS-Europe is supporting two new initiatives.
In the first initiative PSS-Europe has taken over the management of Responsa and will soon have an online demonstration of the application. When online the application will be available to all for testing and PSS-Europe will be asking for newsletter recipient participation.
The second initiative will be a new x-games/festival activity orientated brand, PSS-Europe will be supporting the design, research and marketing. Look out for the new designs on future newsletters.

Article - Why use Agile methods? |
Improved return on investment
This is the fundamental reason to use agile methods, and it's achieved in a number of different ways. In an agile project, the initial requirements are the baseline for ROI. If the project runs to completion with no changes, then the business will get the projected returns. However, by providing frequent opportunities for customer feedback, agile methods let customers steer the project incrementally, taking advantage of new insights or changed circumstances to build a better system and improve the ROI.
