This month’s featured article introduces Luke Samaras the PSS-Europe Recruitment Manager.

I have worked with Luke for over 10 years both as an employer and latterly as a recruiter. With our combined knowledge and wealth of experience we decided to set up a recruitment service having first established a unique process that minimises administration and focuses solely on quality.

Luke has a very strong background within recruitment having spent 24 years of his working career matching client’s requirements to carefully selected candidates. His corporate recruitment career included working for organisations such as P-E International, Anite Systems and Xansa prior to going it alone in 2002.

In 2003 we started PSS-Europe Recruitment, our main aim is to minimise the administration to our clients’ while providing a high calibre of pre-selected candidates who have been thoroughly vetted and screened.

We are linked into all the CV databases, job boards and we are Recruitment & Employment Confederation qualified, ensuring that you always get a professional service to the highest standards. As a REC member we adhere to good recruitment practises and conduct our day-to-day business ethically and to the highest standards.
