Work Location : Slough, UK Rate: £290/day
Role:
Ensure Process requirements are delivered by High & Low Level Design
Review Performance, Capacity, Change, Event Availability and Reporting requirements and ensure they are delivered by High & low Level design
Produce System, Integration & Performance Test Strategy & Plan
Produce Business Verification Test Strategy & Plan
Produce Support Model including Archiving
Review Integration Requirements
Produce SMT Tool Strategy and Maintenance design
Ensure Service Acceptance and Technical (e.g. DBA) requirements are met
Ensure SOx & Security requirements are met
Deliverables:
High Level Design document
Low Level Design document
Support Model documentation
Performance, Capacity and Availability Planning Document
Change, Capacity, Availability & Event Management Policies, Processes and Procedures for SMT solution
Integration design document
Reporting design document
Test Strategy document
Test Plan document
Maintenance and upgrade Strategy for SMT solution
SOA, SOx & Security compliance documentation
Skills:
ITIL V3 Incident, Problem, Change, Requestand Service level management.
