Service Managment Transformation
Work Location : Slough, UK Rate: £290/day
Role:
To ensure process requirements are delivered by high & low level design, review performance, capacity, change event availability and reporting requirements and ensure they are delivered.
Work proactively with the Service Management Transformation Project team and the Business to proactively gather the necessary information to design and deliver successful process change.
Effective and timely analysis of process requirements (including data & tools alignment).
Develop and document Use cases to be used for Process Design, Testing & Training
Support the delivery of all processes in scope
Deliverables:
Process Documentation (Level 1 & 2)
Process Operating Procedures & Work Instructions Documentation
Use Case Documentation
Testing Procedure Documentation
Skills:
ITIL V3 Incident, Problem, Change, Requestand Service level management.
SOx exposure would be beneficial.
