Work Location : Slough, UK Rate: £290/day

Role:
•  Gather Data Requirements (Process, Reporting, MIS, CMDB, Key Suppliers, Key Customers)
•  Define & document Data Standards
•  Identify and agree sources of Master Data and Data Owners & Managers
•  Define Data retention policy & process
•  Define Data Migration Strategy & Plan
•  Data cleansing &formatting for implementation into SMT

Deliverables:
•  Data Standards Document
•  RACI for Master Data Sources
•  Data Retention Policy & Process
•  Data Migration Plan
•  Input to High Level Design
•  Input to Low Level Design
•  Cleansed data in required format for importing into SMT

Skills:
ITIL V3 Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service level management.
