Service Managment Transformation

Work Location : Slough, UK Rate: £290/day

Role:
•  Identify and map stakeholders and relationships
•  Analyse stakeholder salience to project goals
•  Assess change readiness state and define action plans.
•  Define and drive activities for behavioural and cultural change to support the adoption of the solution delivered by the project and realisation of the value objectives.
•  Establish and support a business change forum; build understanding of the need for change and the target state.
•  Provide mentoring and coaching for managing people through the change cycle.
•  Create actionable transition plans, incorporating training, education, and workforce enablement requirements as necessary.
•  Develop messaging content, and advise on appropriate methods for effective communication.
•  Assess impact of change on current customers, business units, contracts, constraints.
•  Monitor and report on the progress of change and the success of adoption.
•  Propose and initiate remediation / improvement actions plans where appropriate.

•  Stakeholder Map
•  Stakeholder Management Plan
•  Communications Plan
•  Delivery of regular communications to Stakeholders
•  Training Strategy, Training Plan and Training course content.
•  Organisational Change Plan
•  Regular reporting on Business Change Readiness
