Key Achievements

•  Led the design, development, testing and deployment of an Oracle de-duplication system for Salesforce.com (CRM) while contracting to Cisco. The solution created a 25% reduction (45K out of 200K records) of end customer data duplicates. This system was so successful that it was later deployed globally.
•  Worked within a team to develop, test and deploy a complex Oracle integration into Salesforce.com (CRM) for Cisco. Paul led the second phase of the complex integration through the full lifecycle of analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
•  Designed, developed, tested and deployed an automated ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) system pulling data from Salesforce.com (CRM) at Cisco. Previously this process was manual which created time lags and was error prone. Paul identified and highlighted the need to automate this process and developed a new system after documenting the requirements.
•  The lead analyst of an Oracle APEX (Web development) system and played a key role in its design and implementation at LoftusIT. This application was highly visible to the client and ran seamlessly from its implementation.
