Job Description:

•  Requirements Capture from various parties involved within & outside OSS.
•  Produce the BSRD (Business Scope Requirements Document)
•  Produce end to end high-level design document in accordance with the HLD guidance and telecom client Design Governance Procedures.
•  Facilitate workshops with customers to promote common understanding of the proposed high-level design
•  Maintain in-depth knowledge of OSS applications in telecom client
•  Provide cross-functional impact assessments for new initiatives or change requests
•  Support both internal and external Delivery Teams in the understanding of the end to end design and its implications.
•  Experience in handling Business Transformation projects

Exposure required

•  Extensive Mobile Telecoms knowledge
•  End-to-end OSS Architecture/Solution Design experience (Fault Management, Configuration Management, Performance Management, Service Management)
•  Thorough understanding of e-TOM framework
•  Experience in the area of Service Management (Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Service Provisioning)
•  Experience in handling Business Transformation projects
•  Product knowledge required – Amdocs CRM, BMC Suite of Applications (BMC Patrol, BMC Atrium, CMDB, Cramer, Netcool etc)
•  Relevant experience as Business Analyst for OSS (4+ Yrs)
•  Experience in producing the High-Level Designs
•  Ability to map the business requirements with the OSS systems (technical requirements)
•  Exposure in defining Project Governance
•  Presentation Skills (Mandatory)
•  Extremely good communication skills (Mandatory)
•  Ability to work on high-pressured/multiple projects with tight deadlines
•  Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in priority
