Location: Bracknell and London , but the role may involve extensive travel and periods of on-site work at customers, both within UK and internationally.
Salary/Rate: £45 - 55k + car + benefits

Role Description
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the following Cramer (6.x /7.x) components:
Task Engine is Essential
Experience with at least one or more of Delivery Engine, Activation Engine, Synch Engine, Service Catalogue. Should have strong understanding of Network Model, good implementation knowledge of Cramer APIs in Java, PL/SQL.Minimum of 2 years of experience in test-driven development.
Oracle 10g database, TOAD 8.6+ or similar. JMS, WebServices, XML Technologies (SOAP, JAXB, WSDL, XML BEANS). Application development skills using BEA
Development in inventory management like: Cramer or Metasolv.
OSS Domain knowledge and Hands on Experience with Cramer Modules.
Good Presentation & communication skill.
Work in the fast pace high pressure environment
Demonstrate strong technical skills
Cramer (minimum of 3 years of experience)
Cramer 6.0 plus
Must demonstrate a good ability in Core Java or PL / SQL concepts and hands on.
The role may also require the successful candidate to support other customers and projects and to potentially broaden their expertise areas to cover other OSS/BSS solution areas not just inventory.

End-to-end Cramer solution development capability including:
- Cramer ResourceManager 6/7.5
- Customisation kit usage
- Callout development
- Metadata customization/creation
- Cramer TaskEngine 6/7.5
- TET creation and deployment
- Code customization/creation
- Cramer OSS Installation Experience
- PL/SQL development
- Java Development
- Oracle 10g Management
- Weblogic/Websphere experience
A thorough understanding of Resource Manager and Task Engine TET development in both Java and PL/SQL is essential.

- Ability to capture and analyse complex and high level requirements and develop appropriate solution options and strategies
- Able to estimate the level of effort required to develop potential solutions

Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have 3+ years relevant Cramer experience potentially gained with a systems integrator or Cramer itself.
Qualifications
Ideally, educated to degree level in Telecoms, IT, Computer Science or other similar subject.
