Bytemobile is a wide spread mobile internet technology leader organisation across the globe, focused on delivering a full end to end solution for any business environment.
Having over 200 successful deployments of its Unison Services, Bytemobile focuses on delivering the next generation of user experience to wireless network operators.
Working within Professional services across EMEA, the role was highly customer focussed, and required key understanding and demonstration of internal products and customer network architecture. The Project management duties were highly involved in the presales and ongoing management of the customer post successful implementation.

Main duties include;

•  Travelling across the European, Middle East and Asia pacific and working with multiple cultures.
•  Establishing key new business in new market areas within Middle East.
•  Creation, preparation, submission and Presentation to customers of Request for Pricings and request for quotations

SpinVox is a very fast growing company that has spread its services and capability across the telecoms industry. Being the sole provider of voice to text it has integrated with key carriers e.g. AT&T, Alltel and Vodacom to take the consumer experience to a new level.
Managing key internal projects, customer integrations and reporting into the CTO the role required the ability to manage a variety of technically challenging situations and demonstrate professionalism throughout the project lifecycle within customer facing environments.

Main duties included;

•  Account & Technology management of the sell through and sell on process with new and existing carriers e.g. Cincinnati Bell, SaskTel, BT, Avaya, Alltel, Microsoft, MTV, Blackberry, Swisscom
•  Sole project manager of Product marketing. Managing key product implementations e.g. Blackberry plug in, speak a text and other voice to text products
•  Project Management of key annual telecom trade shows across the globe e.g. MWC, CTIA, WES
•  Key negotiation with third party vendors
